Gimmes Terms of Use

Effective: September 28, 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Gimmes you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you got Gimmes from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account anytime in Settings › Delete account.

3. Your content

You own the scores, comments, photos and messages you post and give Gimmes a license to store them and show them to the people you share them with. Don't post content you don't have the rights to.

4. Zero tolerance

No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, spam, impersonation or illegal content. You can report content or block users from the ⋯ menu. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. No money handling

Gimmes is a scorekeeping app. It doesn't process, hold or transfer money and offers no real-money gaming. Side-game tallies are for your own records; anything settled between friends happens outside Gimmes.

6. Handicaps & course data

Handicaps are calculated in the app with the World Handicap System method and aren't an official USGA/GHIN Handicap Index. Course data comes from third parties and may be inaccurate; use your own judgment on the course.

7. Gimmes Plus

Gimmes Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription ($5.99/month or $39.99/year, or the local equivalent) sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Apple handles refunds.

8. Disclaimers & liability

Gimmes is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms and will show the new effective date. We may suspend accounts that violate them.

10. Governing law

Minnesota, USA.
